2025 Bargaining Survey
Central bargaining begins again in the spring of 2025. It sets the pattern for over 50,000 hospital and long-term care staff represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees in Ontario.
It is important that your central bargaining committee understand your priorities for this round of bargaining. We will judge the success of negotiations by your reaction to the result.
Your local union’s leaders will decide in May 2025 what the priorities for bargaining will be, largely based upon this survey. Please take the time to complete it.
